How work colleagues communicate with one another comes under the microscope in this program on teamwork. Often, errors in the workplace are a result of following misunderstood directions. These errors cause frustration amongst staff, and can be costly in terms of time and money.
The aim of the program is to develop participants’ interpersonal skills, so they’re able to effectively communicate with workplace colleagues. It teaches participants active listening skills and how to understand and reply to intended messages. Upon completion, participants will be able to identify ways to improve the flow of communication within the team. Positive results include working as a better team member, improvements in team morale and increased organisational efficiency.
