The performance of an organisation will suffer, if it does not have a well trained and skilled workforce. Organisations therefore need trainers to ensure that staff are successfully skilled in all aspects of the business. Consequently, the development of an organisation’s own trainers is important to its’ overall people strategy & their performance.
The Program
This nationally endorsed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment ( TAE10 ) program is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to competently perform the role of a qualified and skilled trainer in the workplace. The program trains individuals to prepare, design, deliver and evaluate training programs and assess others in the workplace. The program aligns with the TAE 10 Training and Education Training Package competencies.
Who Benefits
For individuals for whom training and assessment is an important function of their job. Individuals may deliver training on a one-to-one basis, and/or conduct training to small or large groups. Within an organisation their role may vary, and range from being a training officer, facilitator, training manager or internal training consultant.

Learning Outcomes:

Assessment
Work based Assessment Project: Each Unit of competency is assessed via various activities, tasks and through a workplace project following the completion of the appropriate learning module. The project aims to reflect the learning, and consolidate skills transfer back to the workplace.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for this program.
