The development of Frontline Management skills is crucial to the success of an organisation. Organisations need leaders at the coal face to “walk the talk”. Effective Frontline Managers improve an organisation’s productivity, efficiency and performance.
The Program
The Certificate IV Frontline Management Program is a competency based program based on ten (10) Frontline Management Competency Standards, comprising 4 core units & 6 electives. The program is performance based and focuses not only on the knowledge required, but specifically on the application of the skills to the workplace.

Program Duration
There are ten 1-day face-to-face modules based on the units of competency.
Each module is conducted approximately 1 month apart over 10 months.
Assessment
Work based Assessment Project: Each Unit of competency is assessed via various activities and through a workplace project following the completion of the appropriate learning module. The project aims to reflect the learning and consolidate skills transfer back to the workplace.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for this program.
