1. PEOPLE IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY (PIP) PROGRAM:

Through the People Improving Productivity (PIP)© Program, we provide an integrated, people-focused, cost-effective and sustainable approach, aimed at improving the productivity and performance of your team or business unit.

“YOUR MOST SUSTAINABLE SOURCE OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IS YOUR PEOPLE!”

PIP provides an analysis of the four integral areas that underpin the productivity of a business. The aim is to increase business growth and performance by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of:

1. The working environment and culture of the organisation (Quadrant 1: Philosophy);

2. The way employees undertake their work (Quadrant 2: Process Improvement);

3. Employees skills (Quadrant 3: People);

4. The way the organisation measures performance and rewards success. (Quadrant 4: Performance).

How is PIP implemented? PIP initially undertakes a diagnostic review or ‘health check’ of your business unit or team, based on the four quadrants, to identify the areas causing problems with productivity. Once identified, a strategy is developed to address all issues and improve efficiencies within the team or business unit.

PIP treats the underlying causes and not just the symptoms of poor productivity. A common mistake is to look at only one of these quadrants in isolation and forget the others. Organisations that do not take a strategic and integrated approach to the workplace, continue to spend time and money treating the symptoms, without sustainable results. By identifying the causes, PIP treats the real problems and implements the most appropriate and cost effective strategy, to improve business efficiency and productivity.

DIAGNOSTIC PHILOSOPHY PROCESSES PEOPLE PERFORMANCE
The ‘health check’ for your organisation. PIP looks beyond the symptoms to identify the real causes. Create a workplace culture that attracts and retains employees – become an employer of choice! How much is it really costing to get things done? PIP puts a dollar value to these processes. You’ll be amazed at the results! Do your people have the right skills to do their job efficiently and effectively? What is the best way to measure, monitor, assess and reward performance across each business unit?
