At this initial stage, we undertake a comprehensive occupational assessment of the individual. This includes a personality assessment to identify key personality traits and factors, which would influence successful career planning and selection. |

Following the assessment, we assist the individual to select a career direction. By incorporating information gathered in the earlier stage, we work with the individual to select various career options, that match their personality, skills, needs and ambitions. |
| Career Planning |
Once a career pathway is identified, we formulate a total career plan with the individual. In consultation, we prepare an action plan, based on future directions to reach the desired career and/ or life goal. |
